ISO and Bank may be collectively referred to as the “Settlor.” Subject to the requirements of applicable Card Association rules, ISO and Bank may and hereby do allocate Settlor’s duties and obligations as they, in their sole and exclusive discretion, deem appropriate. ISO and Bank may jointly or individually assert or exercise any right(s) or remedies provided to Settlor under this Agreement.
