AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND YOUTH AND FAMILY ENRICHMENT SERVICES THIS AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT, entered into this day of , 20 , by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, hereinafter called "County," and YOUTH AND FAMILY ENRICHMENT SERVICES (YFES) ,hereinafter called "Contractor"; W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code, Section 31000, County may contract with independent contractors for the furnishing of such services to or for County or any Department thereof; WHEREAS, the parties entered into an Agreement for Delinquency Prevention, Outreach, Transitional Assistance, Aftercare and Placements to the San Mateo County Community on July 15, 2003; and WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement to add funds for FY2004-05 on June 30, 2004; and WHEREAS, the parties entered into a Second Amendment to the Agreement to provide for the payment of additional monies to account for a 1% Cost of Business Increase on April 28, 2005; and WHEREAS, the
