This Interconnection and Reciprocal Compensation Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 10th day of May 2005 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Barry County Telephone Company (“BARRY COUNTY”) with offices at 123 W. Orchard St., P.O. Box 128, Delton, MI 49046-00128 and NEW CINGULAR WIRELESS PCS LLC, on behalf of itself and its wireless operating entities (“CINGULAR”) with offices at 5565 Glenridge Connector, Suite 1520, Atlanta GA 30342. Hereinafter, “Party” means either BARRY COUNTY or CINGULAR and “Parties” means BARRY COUNTY and CINGULAR.
