This Listing and Hosting service agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered by Florida Host LLC., a Florida company (identified using the terms “Florida Host”, “We”, Us”, or “Our” and Owner/Host (identified using the terms You, Your, Yours, Yourself, and so forth), individually a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” as of the date we approve this Agreement and notifies You of its acceptance (the “Effective Date”), and contains the terms on which Florida Host will provide Host/Co-Host services to You through Florida Host’s Services, as defined below.
