(CBRE) has been retained on an exclusive basis to act as agent to the Owner with respect to the potential sale of 233 West Washington Boulevard, Los Angeles California 90015 (the Property). The Owner has directed that all inquiries and communications with respect to the contemplated sale of the Property be directed to CBRE.
