The undersigned subscribes for a Membership Certificate in St. Andrews Country Club, Inc. and agrees to pay a Membership contribution (enclosed herewith) of ninety-five thousand ($95,000.00) dollars for a Full Membership or seventy-five thousand ($75,000.00) dollars for a Sports Membership as defined in the By-Laws.
