I, _____________________________(print name), as duly authorized representative for the Town of Newbury, Vermont, a municipal entity and prospective purchaser of the above-referenced Property by virtue of an authorized tax sale undertaken on pursuant to 32 V.S.A. § 5259 and 10 V.S.A. § 6615(d)(3) (the “Town”), agree to have the Property assessed under the Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Brownfields Site Redevelopment Program (the “Program”).
