For your acknowledgement and agreement, this agreement applies to Jada Group and all subsidiary brands where such brand does not have an individual Terms of Sale Agreement.July 15th, 2021
As consideration for Jada or the subsidiary brand providing any of the services described above, you (the customer) agree to pay Jada or the subsidiary brand either the aggregate monthly fee or the aggregate yearly fee based on the service(s) and the terms selected. Payment is due upon receiving your invoice, failure to pay after seven (7) days will lead to your account and/or services being locked out. If the payment is not rectified within fourteen (14) days, your account and/or services will be suspended. If payment has still not been rectified after thirty-one (31) days, the account and/or services will be terminated, and all data removed from our infrastructure in line with section 7 subsection B of this agreement. Jada or the subsidiary brand reserve the right to charge a late payment fee (£12.00) for missed payments that are overdue.
