This Economic Development Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of _, 2018 (“Effective Date”), between and among the Redevelopment Commission of the City of Franklin, Indiana (“RDC”), as the governing body of the City of Franklin, Indiana Redevelopment District, and AMayZing Food & Beverage, LLC (“Developer”), an Indiana limited liability company (individually a “Party” and collectively, the RDC and the Developer are the “Parties”).
