This DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the date accepted by Distributor (the “Effective Date”), between Nerium Skincare, Inc., a Texas corporation (“Manufacturer”), and the party accepting the terms of, and agreeing to be bound to, this Agreement (“Distributor”) in connection with distributing certain products sold by Manufacturer to Distributor (“Manufacturer Products”).
