The following User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of albertapatients (“albertapatients”) research panel as accessible via albertapatients’ website (www.albertapatients.ca) (the “Website”), including without limitation participation in its bulletin boards, forums, chats, and all other areas (except to the extent stated otherwise on a specific page) as provided by ThinkHQ Public Affairs Inc. or its authorized delegates and agents (collectively, "ThinkHQ"), on behalf of the Alberta Medical Association (“AMA”).
