This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the Master Subscription Agreement (or similarly titled agreement) between Customer (“Customer” shall mean the entity or entity’s Affiliates bound by the Master Subscription Agreement) and Conga or other written or electronic agreement between Conga and Customer for the licensing of access to and use of online services from Conga (the “Agreement”) to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data collected in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and transferred to Conga, in accordance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws and Regulations. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
