This trust agreement (the “Trust Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany (the “RCDA”) and _ (the “Trustee”) pursuant to the Victims/Survivors’ Compensation Plan (together with any and all amendments, exhibits, and schedules, the “Plan”) filed in civil action no. , before the Supreme Court of the State of New York (the “Court”). Unless otherwise stated in this Trust Agreement, capitalized terms used in this Trust Agreement shall have the meanings as ascribed to them in the Plan.
