Contract Type FiledOctober 2nd, 2012This Agreement is legally binding and shall continue indefinitely while employment continues unless revoked or modified by a new compensation reduction agreement. Any revocation or modification of salary reduction must be in writing and provided to the Institution by the 15th of the month to be effective in that given month. This Agreement shall terminate any prior salary reduction agreements for regular compensation and special research grants executed between the Institution and the Employee under the Goucher College Faculty Exempt Staff Defined Contribution Plan (the “Plan”).
