This is a legal agreement between AMITY PAYMENTS LTD, a British Columbia company having its address at 400 - 319 W HASTINGS STREET, VANCOUVER, BC, CANADA V6B1H6 and operating under the name AmPay (“AmPay”) and the entity accepting this agreement through the Site (as defined below) (“User”). User’s use of the Platform Services, as defined below, is subject to these terms of use (the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms in this Agreement are defined in the Glossary if not otherwise defined in the provisions below.
