This is Reinstatement and Amendment No. 1 to Grant Agreement No. 34683, effective July 1, 2023(as amended from time to time, the “Grant”), between the State of Oregon, acting by and through its Oregon Department of Education (“Agency”) and Fern Ridge SD 28J (“Grantee”), each a “Party” and together, the “Parties”. Upon receipt of all required approvals and execution by both Parties, this Reinstatement and Amendment shall be effective on July 1, 2024 (“Amendment Effective Date”).
