This Third-Party Software Use Policy (“Policy”) amends and is incorporated in one or more Service Agreements under which LightEdge Solutions, Inc. (“LightEdge”) has agreed to deliver Services that make available certain software products that are owned by third parties and licensed for such purposes subject to contractual, regulatory, or other legal obligations applicable to LightEdge (collectively, the “Third-Party Components”). The terms set forth in Sections 1.0, 2.0 and 4.0, below, apply to Customer regardless of which Third-Party Components are made available to Customer. The terms set forth in Section 3.0, below, apply to Customer only to the extent that LightEdge has agreed to deliver the specific products identified therein. Customer’s execution of any Service Agreement referencing this Policy constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein.
