Pursuant to paragraph 1(b) of Article XIX of the Amended Agreement on Government Procurement, modifications to Annexes 1 to 7 of Appendix I concerning Hong Kong, China were notified to the Committee on Government Procurement in document GPA/MOD/HKG/6 on 11 April 2014. As no objections to the proposed modifications were received within forty-five days from the date of issue of the above-mentioned document, it is hereby certified that these modifications became effective as of 26 May 2014.
