Both parties to this Collective Agreement acknowledge that the integrity, the Mission and Vision of Traverse Independence is to be at the forefront of all services provided to the clients. It is agreed that the purpose of the Employer is to provide an environment where adults with physical disabilities have the right to achieve their personal goals for independence through the provision of personal support and promotion of accessible housing.
