THIS UNIT PRICE CONTRACT (“Contract”) is entered into between the City of Bainbridge Island, a Washington State municipal corporation (“City”) and Crux Diving, Inc., a Washington State corporation (“Contractor”). In consideration of the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract, the City and the Contractor (the “Parties”) agree as follows:
