This grant agreement (this "Agreement") is made effective on January 25, 2019, (the "Effective Date") between the George tfason University Foundation, Ine, a Virginia nonprofit corporation (the "Foundation"), George tfason University (the "University"), an instrumentality of the state of Virginia, and the Charles Koch Foundation, a Kansas nonprofit corporation (the "Donor"). tfhis Agreement is for the benefit of the Center for the Study of Social Change, Institutions, and Policy (the "Center"), which is housed in the Schar School of Policy and Government (the "School") at the University. tfhe Foundation, the University, and the Donor are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
