Parties: This Agreement is entered into between Bird Island-Olivia-Lake Lillian Public School, Independent School District No.2534, (hereinafter referred to as the Employer) and Local Union No.1686, affiliated with Minnesota Council 65 of the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), AFL-CIO, (hereinafter referred to as the Union), pursuant to and in compliance with the Public Employment Labor Relations Act, (hereinafter referred to as PELRA) to provide the terms and conditions of employment for the all paraprofessionals, food service and secretarial personal who are employed by the District.
