These Professional Services Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”), set out the terms and conditions under which MSC.Software S.A. (“MSC”) will provide certain professional services specified in the Proposal (defined below) to the customer who is a party to the Proposal (“Customer”). MSC and Customer hereby agree that this Agreement shall be attached hereto and shall become an integral part of the Proposal.
