This Guaranty of Lease Agreement Addendum (“Addendum”) is made and entered into by and between Resident and Owner identified on the attached and foregoing Resident Lease Agreement (“Lease”). The terms of this Addendum are subject to the terms of the Lease; the defined terms in the Lease shall be deemed to have the same meaning as in this Addendum. In consideration for the mutual promises contained herein and in the Lease and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by all parties, the parties agree as follows:
