This Memorandum of Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into, as of this day of July, 2020, by and between Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida ("Sheriff"); the City of St. Petersburg Police Department, the City of Clearwater Police Department, and the City of Pinellas Park Police Department, (collectively referred to herein as “Parties” or “Party Agency” or “Party Agencies”).
