Appendix to the Agreement, concluded with Vendor Pielikums noslēgtajam Līgumam ar Piegādātāju TERMS OF BUSINESS FOR VENDORS1 KOMERCNOTEIKUMI PIEGĀDĀTĀJIEM2 The following terms and conditions (“Terms of Business”) shall apply to any purchase of goods or services (hereinafter together referred to as “Services”) by an EY Member Firm in CESA3 (hereinafter referred to as “EY”) from a third party vendor (“Vendor”) (hereinafter together “Parties”) under the agreement between EY and the Vendor (“Agreement”) where reference is made to these Terms, and where EY purchases Services for its own needs4. Šajā pielikumā izklāstītie noteikumi un nosacījumi (turpmāk tekstā - Komercnoteikumi) tiek piemēroti jebkuru preču vai pakalpojumu (turpmāk tekstā kopā- Pakalpojumi) iegādei no trešās puses piegādātāja (turpmāk tekstā - Piegādātājs), kuru veic CESA5 reģionā strādājošs EY uzņēmums (turpmāk tekstā – EY) (turpmāk tekstā kopā – Puses) saskaņā ar EY un Piegādātāja noslēgto līgumu (turpmāk tekstā - Līgums)
