appended Attachments and/or Exhibits govern the provision of Products and Services between NoRisk Keymanagement B.V., a company belonging to the ASSA ABLOY group of companies and trading as Traka Nederland (“ASSA ABLOY”) and the customer named in the Agreement (“Customer”). Each of ASSA ABLOY and Customer shall also be referred to as a “Party” or, collectively, the “Parties.” Ancillary services, including but not limited to, installation, maintenance, support, training may be subject to the execution of a separate Agreement. These General Terms and Conditions are applicable to all separate Agreement(s) as between ASSA ABLOY and Customer.

Each of ASSA ABLOY and Customer shall also be referred to as a “Party” or, collectively, the “Parties.” Ancillary services, including but not limited to, installation, maintenance, support, training may be subject to the execution of a separate Agreement. These General Terms and Conditions shall be incorporated by reference and made part of any and all separate Agreement(s) as between ASSA ABLOY and Customer.
