This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is hereby entered into by and between the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District, having its principal business address at 7600 Dublin Boulevard, Dublin, California 94568 with the program location at Las Positas College, 3000 Campus Hill Drive, Livermore, California 94551 (hereinafter called the “College”) and the Tri-Valley Regional Occupational Program, having its principal business address at 1040 Florence Road, Livermore, California 94550 (hereinafter called “TVROP”).
