Section It is understood that if Logistics (Ford small lot) expands its operation within the City of London, Ontario, all employees will be recognized as defined in section of this agreement. Should the Company relocate its existing business within an 80-mile radius, this agreement will remain in full force and effect in the new location. In the event of such a move, the employees will be offered the opportunity to transfer to the new location in order of seniority. Such employees will retain all seniority and benefits.
