FiledJune 14th, 2022Pursuant to the provisions of the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act, Section 3500 et seq. of the California Government Code and Chapter 10 of the Butte County Personnel Rules and Regulations, representatives of the County of Butte, hereafter called "County," and the Butte County Deputy Sheriffs’ Association, hereafter called "Association," have "met and conferred" concerning the subject of wages, hours and working conditions for law enforcement employees in the General Unit of representation. This memorandum represents the good faith effort of both the County and the Association representatives to reach agreement on matters of wages, hours and conditions of employment. It is understood that this agreement is not binding upon the County until such time as it is ratified by the Butte County Board of Supervisors and the membership of the Association.
