PC Connection, Inc. As such, this Incentive and Retention Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth certain modifications to existing equity incentives held by Executive as well as certain modifications to the level of certain severance payments and benefits which Executive may be eligible for upon certain terminations of employment.
