This Agreement made and entered into this 28th day of June 2019 by and between the City of Dinuba, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor", and the Fresno County Rural Transit Agency, hereinafter referred to as "FCRTA". Contractor and FCRTA are each a “Party” to this Agreement, and are collectively the “Parties” to this Agreement.
