If you are an existing cardholder, this version of the Agreement may contain amendments and revisions to your original or additional agreements you may have received. Using your Card or any other Cardholder using the Card means that you have read all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that you have understood and agreed with them. Your use of your Account is governed by this Agreement.
