This College and Career Access Pathway Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this 25th day of January 2023 by and between the San Mateo County Community College District, a community college district formed and existing under the law of the State of California, having its principal business address at 3401 CSM Drive, San Mateo, CA 94402 (hereinafter called “COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT”) and the San Mateo County Office of Education having its principal business address at 101 Twin Dolphin Drive, Redwood City, CA 94065 (hereinafter called “OFFICE OF EDUCATION”).
