I recognize the risks associated with my participation in this event, activity, or program and specifically agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pima County, Arizona, its officers, agents, employees, boards and commissions, and any other persons acting for its benefit or on its behalf, and any promoters, sponsors, contractors or subcontractors whose facilities or services are being used for this event, activity or program for and against any and all injuries or damages arising from or in any way associated or attributed to my participation in this event, activity or program.
