This Facility Use Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into this 21st day of July, 2015 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Redlands Pride AAU Football, a non-profit charitable organization ("RPF"). City and RPF are sometimes individually referred to herein as a "Party" and, together, as the "Parties."
