THIS EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT is made and entered into this 31st day of July, 2020, by and between the New Hanover County Board of Education, hereinafter referred to as "Board," and Dr. Charles Foust, hereinafter referred to as "Superintendent" or "Dr. Foust," to retain Dr. Foust as Superintendent of the New Hanover County Schools (the "District") according to the following provisions;
