This Independent Contractor Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into to be effective as of the 13th day of November 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Teton County School District No. 1, a duly organized school district under the laws of the State of Wyoming (“TCSD”), of 1235 Gregory Lane, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, and Mulligan’s Irrigation and Landscaping, Inc., PO Box 7486, Jackson, Wyoming 83002 (“Contractor”). TCSD and Contractor are sometimes referred to herein singularly as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
