This Interconnection Agreement (the “Federal Agreement”) is for a federal agency owned or operated Net Energy Metering (NEM) Eligible Generation Facility expansion and a new or modified existing Eligible Renewable Generation (ERG) Facility. Modifying or Expanding an existing Generation Facility includes but is not limited to: (a) installation of additional generation capacity; and (b) installation of an Energy Storage System. This Federal Agreement is made as of the Effective Date as defined in the General Conditions. This Federal Agreement is made by the Parties identified in Section 1 (“Parties”). Capitalized terms not defined when used are defined in Section 1 Definitions of the General Conditions applicable to this Federal Agreement, which General Conditions are hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
