This Agreement is entered into by and between the City of Bloomington, McLean County, Illinois, a Municipal Corporation, (hereinafter, “Lessor”) and Thomas and Susan DeWeert, (hereinafter, “Lessees”) and is intended by the parties to be incorporated into and made a part of the lake lot lease between the parties for Lot 13 in Block 3 in Camp Kickapoo and enforceable under the terms of said lease.
