The Hospital and the Union accept the principles of teamwork based on mutual responsibility, respect and integrity and recognize that successful employer/employee relations must be mutually advantageous, fair and just, not favouring one party over the other. The parties hereby pledge to fairly administer this Agreement as one means by which that purpose can be achieved.
