This Agreement between you and the Colorado Bank & Trust Company of La Junta(CBT)governs the use of Online Banking and Mobile Banking services. These services permit CBT customers (consumers, sole proprietors and other business customers) to perform a number of banking functions on accounts linked in Online Banking through the use of a personal computer from your home or office or a mobile device or mobile smart telephone. Unless indicated otherwise by the context, “linked CBT accounts” or “linked accounts” refers to all of your accounts with CBT that you have linked to Online Banking.
