This Campus Housing Contract (hereinafter, “Agreement”) is between the lessee (hereinafter, “Resident”) and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary & Spurgeon College (hereinafter, “MBTS”) and relates to the residential housing unit specified on page 8 (and any successor units) (hereinafter, collectively “Premises”). The Resident is responsible for, and agrees to comply with, all requirements of this Agreement and all other seminary policies as referenced in the Student Handbook. A Resident is considered student/staff and/or roommate/spouse, as applicable.
