In lieu of a formal erosion and sediment control plan for the construction of a single family dwelling that exceeds 10,000 square feet, I agree to comply with all requirements set forth by the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Law and Regulations, and shall represent the minimum practices necessary to provide adequate control of erosion and sedimentation on or resulting from this project. I further agree to comply with additional requirements deemed necessary by the Community Development Dept. Such requirements shall be based on established conservation standards and shall represent the minimum practices necessary to provide adequate control or erosion and sedimentation on or resulting from this development.
