Subscribers to the Company at 10 a.m., Seoul, Korea, on the Closing Date in same day funds. 3. Closing 3.1 Closing Date and Place. The closing of the issuance and subscription of the Convertible Bonds (the “Closing”) will be held at the offices of one of the Subscribers or such other place as agreed between the parties hereto such other place as agreed between the parties hereto, at 10 a.m., Seoul, Korea time, on April 12, 2007, or such other date as agreed between the parties hereto (the “Closing Date”). 3.2 Conditions to Closing.
