This Participation Agreement and attached exhibits set forth the terms and conditions under which Contractors shall participate in the UniSource Energy Services (UNS) Efficient Home Program (the Program) for the period commencing with signing through December 31, 2013. This Participation Agreement is completely voluntary and can be terminated at any time for any reason without penalty by either UNS or the Participating Contractor. A full description of the Program is detailed in Exhibit 1 – Program Description.
