Agreement is a binding, contractual agreement between you, on the one hand, and Lumio HX, Inc, and its subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively “Lumio”) on the other hand, and sets forth the terms and conditions which apply to your participation in the Lumio Refer-A-Friend Program (“Program”). Lumio reserves the right to both modify this Agreement from time to time and/or to terminate the Program at any time and without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates.
