Tenant(s) agree(s) and acknowledge(s) that this addendum is "conditional" upon the adherence to the Pet Agreement Rules stated herein and that the privileges allowed by this addendum may be terminated without further notice and Pet(s) ordered to be removed, without refund of pet cleaning fees or pet rentals, if any of the Pet Agreement Rules are neglected or violated. Tenant(s) also agree(s) and acknowledge(s) that these same privileges may be terminated if Tenant(s) violate(s) or place Lease Agreement in default.
