Regular part-time nurses and casual nurses who w to be considered for additional shifts shall indicate to the Hospital on a periodic basis as stipulated by the Hospital. The Hospital shall assign such additional shifts to regular part-time nurses on the basis of seniority with first preference given to nurses assigned to the unit. It is recognized that the Hospital shall not be required to assign any hours which may result in overtime or premium payment.
