This Agreement is entered into by the City of La Mesa as of this day of , 2023, by and between the City of La Mesa, a California municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “City", and La Mesa; Community Welfare Association, Inc., a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Lessee" according to the terms and conditions contained herein, hereinafter referred to as this “Lease Agreement.”
